 Almond Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies


Ingredients:
healthy food

- 1 cup almond flour

- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

- 1/4 cup almond butter

- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

- 1 egg

- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, chocolate protein powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In another bowl, mix almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and egg until well combined.

4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

6. Scoop spoonful's of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.

7. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a fork.

8. Singe for 10- 12  twinkles or until the edges are golden brown.

9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
