Ingredients:
Eggs on Toast for healthy food

- 2 eggs

- 2 slices of bread

- Butter or oil

- Salt and pepper, to taste



Instructions:

1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.

2. While the skillet is heating, toast your bread slices until they reach your desired level of crispiness.

3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your preference (sunny-side up, over easy, or scrambled). Season with salt and pepper.

4. Once the eggs are cooked, carefully transfer them onto the toasted bread slices.

5. Serve immediately, and you can add additional toppings like avocado, cheese, or hot sauce if desired.
