Grilled Salmon and Green Sides


Ingredients:
Grilled Salmon and Green Sides for salad

- 4 salmon fillets

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 lemon, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 cups of your favorite green vegetables 

(e.g., broccoli, asparagus, green beans)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a coliseum, blend olive oil painting, diced garlic, swab, and pepper. Encounter this admixture onto the salmon fillets.

3. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.

4. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

5. While the salmon is grilling, toss your chosen green vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

6. Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until they are tender and slightly charred.

7. Once everything is cooked, serve the grilled salmon with the green sides.
