  Spinach Artichoke Yogurt Dip


Ingredients:
Spinach Artichoke Yogurt Dip for health

- 1 cup Greek yogurt

- 1 mug diced spinach( fused and drained if firmed ) 

-1/2 mug diced artichoke hearts( canned or firmed ) 

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until well blended.

3. Transfer the admixture to a baking dish.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.

5. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
