Sweet Potato Protein Loaf Recipe for health

Ingredients:

- 1 cup mashed sweet potato

- 2 ripe bananas

- 1/2 cup almond butter

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 2 eggs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup almond flour

- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- Pinch of salt

- 1/2 cup chopped nuts 


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

2. In a bowl, mash the sweet potato and bananas together until smooth.

3. Add almond butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

4. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.

6. Optionally, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.

7. Pour the batter into the oiled loaf visage and smooth the top.
