Ingredients:
Turkey Burgers and Baked Steak Fries for side dish


For Turkey Burgers:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

For Baked Steak Fries:
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the turkey burgers until well combined. Shape into burger patties.

3. Wash and cut the potatoes into steak fries.

4. Toss the steak fries with olive oil, salt, and any optional seasonings (paprika and garlic powder) in a separate bowl.

5. Place the turkey burger patties and steak fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the burgers and fries halfway through, until the burgers are cooked through and the fries are crispy and golden brown.

7. Remove from the oven, and serve your delicious Turkey Burgers with Baked Steak Fries.
